Intercity Buses: Tur Bus offers a direct route to San Pedro de Atacama, or from any city of Calama. From Calama Tur bus, Atacama Frontera 2000 and made the trip. San Pedro de Atacama is located in the II Region of Chile, the world's driest desert, the Atacama Desert.
